We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior your appointment or you will be charged 50% of your missed service. If you paid a retainer fee your retainer fee will NOT be refunded. Canceling within 2 hours of your appointment is a late cancellation and you will be charged 100% of the service. No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of the service as a cancellation fee and will not be rebooked. there is a 5 minute grace period. If you are running late a text is appreciated. If you are 6 or more minutes late your appointment will be canceled causing cancellation fees. If you are running late and I can not provide the full service the full service amount is still due.Business Hours
